Good morning! The students have requested that I put the Eagle News Network trivia question on the blog this week since it is pretty long! The question is this: What is the name of the Confederate general who surrendered to Ulysses S. Grant in 1865, ending the Civil War? If you choose for your child to look up this information and turn in the answer, it should be written on a sheet of paper with your child's first and last name and my name. It must be turned in by tomorrow. This is not mandatory, but a fun way for your child to practice finding facts on the internet!
