Updates: June 6-10
Good morning! Can you believe it is actually the last week of school? Where in the world did the time go? I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your children with me this year and for all of the support you have given both to them and to me. They are a fabulous group of children and I have been blessed to know them.
Please refer to the sheet that was sent home at the end of last week to see our activities for the week. We are mixing in some fun activities with our reading, writing, and math this week.
Also, please remember that Friday, our dismissal will begin a little before 12:00. If your child is a car rider or bus rider, you will need to pick them up much earlier on Friday than our regular time.
Our secret word for this week is: SUMMER!!! With the weather being as hot and dry as it is, we are definitely there! Have a wonderful and safe summer and please have your child continue to read every day. It is so important that they don't lose what they have learned over the summer.
This afternoon I will post the pictures that I took of them yesterday with their awards, so please check back!
